Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that each product will be free from manufacturing defects that cause the product to yellow, delaminate, rot, corrode or swell excessively for the entire period the original purchaser owns the home. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions as stated below. Since the building codes vary in different regions, it is important for the purchaser to understand the codes and the proper product application. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine if the product is suitable for the particular application being performed.
Limitations – Conditions Not Covered By This Warranty
This warranty shall apply to the original purchaser only and is limited solely to the replacement of defective product. The manufacturer shall not under any circumstance be liable for the labor, installation, reinstallation, shipping, taxes or any other charge related to defective product. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, exemplary or other damages of any kind whatsoever, no matter the legal theory the claims are based on. This warranty does not cover damage or failure of the product as a result of one or more of the following.
Intentional or unintentional abuse of or damage to the product, acts of God without limitation, such as lightning, fire, flood, tornado or flood, improper installation of product or improper supporting structure, vandalism, physical abuse, attachments or modifications to the product the manufacturer did not authorize, fading or chalking of the product or any other ordinary and expected weathering due to exposure to ultraviolet light and other elements, exposure to harmful chemical or vapors and any other cause beyond the manufacturer’s control.
Failure to follow Manufacturer’s recommended guidelines for painting surfaces may void this Warranty. All warranty claims must be made before the product is removed and while it is still installed. The manufacturer must be allowed sufficient time to inspect and test the product before removal by the purchaser. All warranty claims must be made within 90 days of discovering the defect. Any violation of the aforementioned procedures will void this warranty.
Manufacturer reserves the right to investigate any warranty claim. Manufacturer shall, upon verification of a claim, at its discretion, either issue a refund equal to the original cost of the product only or arrange for the delivery of replacement product.
This warranty shall not be modified in any way except when written revisions or amendments are signed by the manufacturer and purchaser. No reseller or other party has the authority to make any claims about the product other than those made in this warranty. The product is warranted only for the specific performance listed above in this warranty.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, OTHER THAN THOSE AS EXPRESSED HEREIN.
It is understood that these products are FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY and NOT TO PROVIDE STRUCTURAL SUPPORT.

Filing a Warranty Claim:
